(Blue Bell, PA) April 5, 2007 - Selas Fluid Processing has won a contract for a catalyst recovery system as part of a new acetyls plant in Saudi Arabia which will manufacture acetic acid and vinyl acetate monomer, a high-end specialty plastic.
According to Gene Irrgang, Product Manager for Oxidation Technologies at Selas Fluid, the system will consist of a reactor, heat exchanger, and burner system.
