| Linde provides publicly accessible safety assessments for its products addressing hazard and exposure information. We will continue to take appropriate action based on these assessments to protect human health and the environment throughout each product’s life cycle.
Linde is committed to publicly sharing its views on the principles upon which product safety legislation or regulation should be based. Linde continually seeks external input on its product safety assessment processes, including its processes for making product stewardship decisions.
The public can access a summary of Linde’s product safety assessments on www.linde.com. Summaries are written in non-technical language and cover topics such as basic hazards, risk and risk management. Linde continues to conduct product risk characterizations for all of its saleable products, including evaluation of potential for human exposure throughout the life cycle of its products.
Linde has committed to make publicly available safety assessments for its products. This product safety assessment is intended to provide general information about the gases or chemicals addressed. It is not intended to provide an in-depth discussion of health and safety information. Additional information is available through the relevant Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), which should be consulted before use of the chemical. This product safety assessment does not replace required communication documents such as the MSDS. |
